Completion Certificate

What is Completion Certificate?

A completion certificate is mandatory legal document attesting that a new building has been constructed and completed according to all the safety norms and regulations of buildings Act.

While the project is under construction, it is required for builder to obtain No Objection Certificate(NOC) from civic and municipal authorities.

Completion certificate is awarded by local authority such as development authority, municipal corporation or panchayat after evaluation of the building.

Completion certificate assures buyers that the construction work has been executed in accordance to the defined norms and approved designs.
